Junaedi is an accomplished educator and learning development specialist with over 30+ years of experience in tourism, hospitality, and education. He began his professional journey as Training & Development Manager at Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta, establishing robust learning systems to enhance service performance and staff capability.

Transitioning into academia, he served for nearly three decades as a senior lecturer and researcher at the Trisakti School of Tourism and later at Podomoro University, focusing on hospitality management, education, and organizational learning. A specialist in curriculum design, instructional development, and talent upskilling, Junaedi has contributed to numerous training and educational reform projects across Indonesia.

Hera brings over 30 years of sales and marketing leadership in hospitality, supported by international education in Paris and the University of Indonesia. At Milestone Pacific Hotel Group, she oversees sales performance across 40 hotels and seven brands, guiding market studies, recruitment, training, and revenue optimization through digital platforms.

Her career includes senior roles at Swiss-Belhotel, Aerowisata Hotels & Resorts, and Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts, where she contributed to the rebranding of The Samaya and pre-opening of The Kayana. Earlier, she held positions at Starwood, The Legian Bali, Amanresorts, and Le Meridien Jakarta. Hera is a familiar presence at global trade shows such as ITB Berlin and PATA.

Syavarina is a seasoned HR leader with more than 25 years of experience across Hilton International, Hotel Mulia Senayan, Shangri-La Jakarta, and Grand Indonesia. As Country Director of HR for Hilton Indonesia & Timor Leste, she led HR strategy for 10 hotels, achieving a 94% employee engagement score and Great Place to Work® certification.

At Grand Indonesia, she built the HR function from project stage to full operational maturity, supporting 1,800 employees. Her tenure at Hotel Mulia was marked by excellence in industrial relations and talent retention. Today, Syavarina advises organizations as an independent HR specialist.

With over three decades of hospitality experience, Andreas leads operations for Sahid Hotels & Resorts across Indonesia and abroad. His career began in hotel information systems at Regent – Four Seasons Jakarta and Banyan Tree Bintan, before transitioning into senior management.

He has held leadership roles as General Manager of HARRIS Hotel Tuban Bali, Cluster GM for Swiss-Belhotel SKA Group in Pekanbaru, and management positions in Vietnam and Cambodia. Today, Andreas leverages his multi-property background to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Tevy is a finance executive with over 30 years of leadership in investment banking, hospitality, and public sector finance. He currently serves on the Risk Management and Investment Monitoring Committee at PT TASPEN (Persero). During 14 years at PT Mandiri Sekuritas, he held EVP roles.

In hospitality, he has served as Regional CFO for Amanresorts Indonesia, NIHI Sumba, and The Westin Resort Nusa Dua. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA®) and ASEAN CPA®.

Dyah Ambarwati served as Director at Sun Life Indonesia Services and Country HR Head at Sun Life Financial Indonesia. A seasoned human capital strategist with over three decades of experience across financial services and luxury hospitality, she is widely recognized for her capacity to architect high-performance organizations at scale.

At Sun Life Indonesia, Ambarwati led the successful integration of three legal entities without a single employee dispute, drove employee engagement to 92% — the highest score recorded globally within the Sun Life network. Her earlier tenure at Four Seasons Jakarta spanned nearly thirteen years as Director of Human Resources.

Iton is a Bali-based Hotel Operational Consultant with a career defined by transformation, strategic advisory, and technology-led performance improvement across Indonesia's hospitality sector. He has led the implementation of Fixed Asset Management and Asset Tracking systems across high-profile properties including Jumeirah Pecatu Bali, Melia Nusa Dua, Kempinski Jakarta, and SAKA Museum Bali.

Prior to his consultancy, he served as Director of Operations for ZIRI Hotels Group. He spent over a decade in IT management at flagship international brands — Four Seasons, Shangri-La, JW Marriott, and Novotel.

Dhana is a versatile professional with expertise in data analysis, content strategy, and web development. Holding degrees in Psychology and Arts, and fluent in English (IELTS 8.0), he combines analytical and creative skills.

As a Data Analyst, he built predictive models with Python and designed Tableau dashboards. He also works as a Freelance Website Developer and Translator. Dhana is recognized for blending data-driven insights with creative communication strategies.

Michael Burchett serves as Managing Director of MJB Hoteliers Indonesia & Singapore. With over four decades of distinguished experience in luxury hospitality management, he has established himself as a leading authority in hotel operations, project management, and brand development across the Asia-Pacific region.

Most notably, Michael served as General Manager of Conrad Bali from its opening in 2003 through 2012, delivering the opening 20% under budget while consistently maintaining gross operating profit levels between 48% and 52%. Under his leadership, Conrad Bali earned prestigious recognition including the Conde Nast Hot List and Spa Crystal Awards.

Michael has been an influential industry leader in Bali, serving as Board Member, Chairman, and Vice Chairman of the Bali Hotels Association. He remains as Honorary Counsellor to EAG, providing strategic advice when needed.
